
For CSV and TSV, you should read Text to Columns before opening the file with Calc. It is possible that some formulas from Numbers have no equivalent in Calc. Since Numbers and Calc have different features, with every choice you may lose formatting.

I would suggest selecting Create a file for each table but you can try both selections to see which produces better results.
